We’ve been doing business with this company since 2014, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Over the years, they’ve replaced our entire garage door, our springs twice, and our garage door system.

I called to schedule preventative maintenance and was able to get a same-day appointment with a two-hour window. Joshua, the technician, even called to let me know he could move my appointment up. He is truly one of the best!

He’s professional, honest, dependable, and knowledgeable, and he always treats us with kindness and respect. It means a lot to have someone you know you can trust in your home.

After all these years, we wouldn’t call anyone else. We truly appreciate Joshua and the wonderful customer service he continues to provide. Highly recommend!

After a negative experience with another company a couple of years ago, it was really nice to work with someone that wasn't trying to oversell me. Joshua was really thorough and took time to explain everything, giving me a no-pressure opportunity to decide how much we wanted to replace. He made repairs quickly, even with the need to have springs custom cut, and had clear communication about when he would arrive/depart and his timeline for repairs. Would definitely use again!

Technician Joshua performed my door tune-up by replacing the main lift spring and all rollers. He explained the required service thoroughly and the entire process was completed within an hour. My door operates like new again. Definitely two thumbs up to Family Christian Doors. They are my first call for all garage door issues and I recommend that they be yours as well.

Joshua is the name of the technician that came to my home. I thought he was a salesman. Clean cut very nicely dressed. He explained to me in detail what needed to be done to repair/replace. I signed off on the contract and before I knew it he was ready to work. I can’t say enough about Joshua, pleasant, courteous honest, and intelligent. I highly recommend Family Christian Doors. Thank you, Joshua.
